Refund and Return Policy

This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.

ALL purchases are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancelation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged during shipping upon our confirmation. If you receive a defective or damaged product please contact us at elkinsco33@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or damaged product refunds after 14 days of your receival. Please email us with your order number, details of the product, image of the defect or damaged part, and your order invoice. We will get back to you and let you know if your order is eligible for a return or refund!
 
Refunds (if applicable)
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will get the original amount spent put back on your original payment method OR get a store credit of the original amount spent within a couple of days. 
OUR REFUND POLICY IS IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
